Information and purposes
We process account identifiers and password hashes, contact and delivery details, shopping and order information, customer messages and attachments, and limited technical security data. Contract necessity supports account and order services; legal obligations support required financial records; legitimate interests support security and handling enquiries or disputes. Optional marketing or non-essential tracking requires a separate choice and is not currently active. Providing information is voluntary, but information necessary to fulfil a request must be supplied for that service.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised staff and providers acting on our instructions may process data for hosting, email (Hostinger), site operation and delivery. We do not sell personal information. A payment provider will process payment details once connected and disclosed; we do not currently collect card details. Where a provider processes information outside the UK or EEA, we use applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards. Ask us for details of the safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention
General enquiries are normally kept up to one year after receipt; cancellation and complaint records up to three years after the relevant handling activity. Records needed for legal claims or mandatory accounting obligations may be retained longer when necessary. Account data remains until deletion is requested or no longer needed. Email delivery records are kept for up to 30 days; sensitive message bodies are removed from the sending queue after SMTP acceptance.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email us; identity checks may be needed. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk or your competent EU supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
