Products, prices and ordering
Product pages show available choices, descriptions and prices in GBP. Review the selected variant, quantity, delivery details and total before committing to pay. You may correct mistakes in your bag and checkout. Ordering and payment are currently disabled while payment and operational arrangements are completed. No sales contract can currently be submitted through this site.
When ordering is enabled, the final payment button will clearly indicate an obligation to pay. We will send an order acknowledgement by email; a sales contract is accepted when we send a separate dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order before acceptance if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious error, and will promptly refund any amount taken. We will not substitute goods without agreement.
Delivery and cancellation
The delivery policy, returns policy and cancellation information form part of these terms. We supply a copy of the applicable contract information with the order email. You can also print or save these pages.
Your rights
We do not exclude liability where prohibited by law, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact. English law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country; this does not restrict your right to use a competent local court where the law provides it.
