We deliver to the UK, European destinations listed at checkout and the USA. Orders dispatch from 18 St Cross St, London, EC1N 8UN, United Kingdom.
Delivery charge
Standard delivery is free when the goods subtotal after discounts is £99 or more. Below £99, delivery costs £20 per order. These rates apply to every supported destination. Any destination restriction is shown before payment.
Timing and responsibility
Estimated delivery is 15 calendar days from ordering, including processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We will notify you of delays. Unless separately agreed, statutory delivery deadlines and your cancellation rights remain available. We remain responsible for goods until you or your nominated recipient receives them.
Cross-border charges
Goods dispatch from the United Kingdom. Final destination tax and customs arrangements are being confirmed; checkout does not currently accept payment or submit an order. Before ordering is enabled, the checkout and these terms will explain any applicable taxes, duties and clearance charges and who pays them. No additional charge will be added without your express agreement.
Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is not yet enabled. You can review products, your bag and delivery details, but no payment or order is submitted.
